Overview

A channel is the foundation of how creators operate on Duzlo.

When you sign up as a creator, the first step is to create a channel. This channel acts as the central container for your content, where clippers discover, submit, and earn from your posts.

Think of a channel like an entity or playlist. It organizes your content and manages how rewards are distributed across submissions.

What a channel includes

Each channel contains everything needed to run distribution on Duzlo, including:

  • Imported content from your connected content sources
  • Submissions created by clippers
  • Performance data across channel, content and submissions
  • Spend configuration (e.g. weekly limits, CPM limits)
  • Payment and billing settings

All reward distribution happens at the channel level, meaning submissions across all content within a channel share the same pool of spend, with the exception of active Boosts on content.

Creating and managing channels

There is no limit to how many channels you can create from a single Duzlo account.

Each channel operates independently, with its own:

  • Content sources
  • Spend limits
  • Credits and billing setup

This allows you to structure your content in a way that best fits your strategy.

When to use multiple channels

Some creators benefit from creating multiple channels to separate content and control performance more precisely.

For example:

  • A creator with multiple content formats (e.g. podcast vs vlogs)
  • A creator managing multiple brands or audiences
  • Agencies or networks managing content for multiple clients

Separating content into different channels ensures that budget is not shared across unrelated content and allows for clearer performance insights. Content sources and imported content can only exist on one channel at a time.

Channel dashboard

As the owner of a channel, you have access to a dashboard that provides a complete view of performance.

From this dashboard, you can:

  • Track performance across your channel and individual content
  • Monitor Opportunity Scores across your content
  • View submissions and their results
  • Edit content details such as title, thumbnail, and submission deadline
  • Monitor how your spend is being distributed

As new features are released, additional analytics and self-serve controls such as Boosts will also be accessible directly from the channel dashboard.

Why channels matter

Channels are what tie everything together on Duzlo.

They determine:

  • How your budget is distributed
  • How clippers interact with your content
  • How performance is measured and optimized

Structuring your channels correctly is one of the most important decisions you can make as a creator.
