Payouts
Learn how to receive your earnings on Duzlo and manage your payout details.

Overview
Duzlo currently supports payouts to bank accounts only and has no immediate plans to add crypto or other methods.
To receive earnings, you must connect a valid bank account during the onboarding process. All withdrawals from your Available Balance are sent directly to this bank account.
Updating your payout method
You can update your payout details or change your bank account at any time.
To do this:
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to the Payouts section
- Click Update Info
- Update or change your bank account
Within this flow, you can remove your existing bank account and add a new one.
All payout information is securely managed through our payment provider.
Withdrawing funds
Your Available Balance can be withdrawn to your bank account at any time, as long as it meets the minimum withdrawal threshold for your currency (USD = $25 min).
There are no limits on how often you can initiate withdrawals.
Once a withdrawal is initiated, it will appear as a “Payout Issued” transaction in your account.
Processing times
Duzlo processes payouts immediately after you initiate a withdrawal.
However, your bank may take additional time to complete the transfer and post it to your bank account.
- Most payouts arrive within a few business days
- The exact timing depends on your bank and country
You can view the Estimated Arrival date by opening the receipt for your “Payout Issued” transaction. This date is provided by your bank and is typically accurate.
Payouts are usually processed by your bank by the end of the estimated arrival date, not necessarily at the start of the day.
Payout statuses
Each payout will have a status that reflects its current stage:
- In Transit – Your payout has been processed by Duzlo and is on its way to your bank. At this stage, the transfer is being handled by the banking system and speed is out of Duzlo’s control.
- Complete – The payout has been successfully delivered to your bank account, although we can’t guarantee that this is the exact moment when your bank will actually post it for you to see.
- Failed – The payout was not completed. This can happen due to incorrect or outdated bank details, account issues, or bank rejections. If this occurs, you may need to update your payout information and try again.
Delays and timing considerations
Bank processing times may be affected by:
- Weekends
- Public holidays
- Bank-specific processing schedules
Banks generally do not process or post transactions on non-business days, which may delay when funds appear in your account.
