Content Policy
Effective: April 23, 2025
To ensure a fair, safe, and high-integrity experience for all users, Duzlo maintains a strict content policy that applies to all areas of the platform, including campaign creation, user submissions, display names, bios, comments, and linked social posts.
If you violate our policies, Duzlo may take one or more of the following actions:
- Remove or reject content
- Limit your access to platform features
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Withhold unpaid rewards, earnings, or payouts
- Claw back withdrawals from your bank account
- Cancel or refund affected campaigns
We enforce these measures to maintain a secure, trustworthy, and performance-driven marketplace for all users.
1. Prohibited Content
Content that violates any of the following standards may be removed or rejected, and may result in account suspension:
- Illegal Activity – Content that violates any applicable laws or promotes illegal behavior.
- Drugs and Alcohol – Content that promotes or facilitates the sale of alcohol, drugs (including substances that mimic them), or drug-related paraphernalia.
- Violence and Harm – Content that promotes, threatens, or incites violence, abuse, self-harm, or the harm of others.
- Hate Speech and Discrimination – Content that promotes racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or other forms of discrimination or hate.
- Harassment and Bullying – Content that targets individuals with repeated or severe abuse, threats, or harassment.
- Sexual and Adult Content – Pornography, sexually explicit material, or sexually suggestive content involving minors (real or implied).
- Deceptive or Misleading Claims – Including fake earnings statements, deceptive health claims, or impersonation of individuals or organizations.
- Misinformation – Content that spreads demonstrably false information, particularly relating to health, elections, or public safety.
- Sensitive or Graphic Content – Excessively violent, gory, or distressing material without context or educational merit.
- IP Infringement – Content that leaks proprietary content or uses copyrighted or trademarked material without proper rights or attribution.
- Privacy Violations – Content that includes collecting or sharing private or confidential information (e.g., home addresses, phone numbers, financial information) without consent.
- Impersonation and Fraud – Pretending to be someone else, misrepresenting your identity or affiliation, or accessing someone else's account without authorization.
- Unauthorized Data Access – Using bots, scrapers, or automation to collect or manipulate platform data.
- Solicitation – Content that shares unsolicited offers, advertisements, or promotions to other users.
- Unregistered Financial Services – Content that includes promotion of services such as loan repayment, debt collection, or personalized investment advice without proper authorization.
2. Artificial Engagement
Any attempt to manipulate performance metrics through artificial means is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:
- Using bots, view farms, click generators, or fake accounts.
- Coordinated attempts to inflate views, likes, shares, or other forms of engagement.
- Incentivizing others to watch or interact with content in non-organic ways (e.g., "watch this video for $1").
- Misleading metadata or tags to boost visibility.
Posts found to have artificial engagement may be disqualified, and any associated earnings may be clawed back.
3. Advertising and Self-Promotion
Users may promote their own content and campaigns, but must not:
- Mislead users about the nature or rewards of a campaign.
- Promote Duzlo or its campaigns through spam (e.g., mass messaging, comment spam, or automated posting).
- Run paid advertisements (e.g., PPC, boosted posts) using the Duzlo name or branding without prior written permission.
4. Campaign-Specific Content Requirements
Submissions to campaigns must:
- Originate from eligible third-party social platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, X, etc.).
- Meet the campaign creator's published guidelines.
- Comply with Duzlo's platform policies and terms.
Campaign creators must not:
- Publish campaigns with vague or misleading requirements.
- Incentivize or encourage users to break platform rules.
- Attempt to edit campaign guidelines retroactively without Duzlo's approval.
5. Enforcement
Duzlo may take enforcement action with or without prior notice. This may include content removal, payout withholding, clawbacks, account suspension, or legal escalation.
Users may appeal certain moderation decisions by contacting support@duzlo.com. However, Duzlo reserves final discretion in enforcing these policies.
