Metrics sync

Gain a basic understanding of how often Duzlo updates performance metrics for your submissions.

Overview

The first metrics sync occurs immediately when you submit your post on Duzlo. After that, Duzlo continuously updates your submission’s performance based on its current lifecycle.

Sync frequency

During the 7-day earning period, metrics are updated at-least once per hour while the submission is active and earning.

Once the earning period ends, the submission transitions out of active earning. Metrics continue to sync at a reduced frequency of every 12 hours for an additional 7 days, allowing clippers and creators to track performance even after earnings have stopped.

When syncing stops

Metrics syncing will stop entirely if a submission is rejected or becomes unreachable, such as when a post is deleted or made private.

Edge cases

If a submission is flagged, metrics will continue to sync in the background but will not be updated publicly unless the flag is cleared by Duzlo’s moderation team.

In rare cases where a social platform (e.g. TikTok) experiences an outage or delay, Duzlo will automatically catch up on missed data once the platform becomes globally available again, ensuring your metrics remain accurate.
