Learn how to give multiple users access to a single channel on Duzlo.

Overview

Duzlo allows multiple users to collaborate on a single channel.

This is especially useful for teams, agencies, or creators who want to manage content, performance, and billing together.

Adding team members

To grant access to a channel:

  1. Ensure the person already has a Duzlo account
  2. Collect their Duzlo username or email address
  3. Contact support@duzlo.com with:
    • The channel(s) you want to grant access to
    • The username or email of each team member

Our team will handle adding access on your behalf.

Permissions

All team members are granted the same permissions as the original channel owner.

This means they can:

  • View/manage content and submissions
  • Adjust spend settings (e.g. weekly limit, CPM limit)
  • Update payment methods
  • Perform actions that may trigger charges

Only grant access to users you trust.

Important notes

  • Team members must already have a Duzlo account before access can be granted
  • Access is managed internally by the Duzlo team
  • There is currently no self-serve way to manage team access

  • Control access at a more granular level
