Getting Started as a Creator

Learn how to use Duzlo to distribute your content, attract clippers, and scale your reach.

Overview

Creators use Duzlo to turn their long-form content into a scalable distribution engine.

Instead of manually coordinating clippers or running one-off clipping campaigns, Duzlo allows for continuous clipping by auto-ingesting your new content and rewarding performance. Once set up, your channel can run on autopilot while you monitor and optimize results.

Step 1: Create your account

Start by creating your Duzlo account:

  • Go to duzlo.com
  • Click Sign Up
  • Enter your email and use the magic link to sign in

Once you're signed in, you’re ready to set up your channel.

Step 2: Create your channel

Your channel is where all your content and distribution will live.

To create a channel:

  • Follow the onboarding flow after signing in
  • Set your channel handle, avatar and banner

Your channel acts as the central hub for:

  • Content
  • Submissions
  • Budget and performance

Step 3: Connect your content source

Next, connect your content source (e.g. YouTube channel).

To do this:

  1. Go to your channel settings or click Add Content
  2. Paste your content source link (e.g. YouTube channel)
  3. Configure your filters (duration, import range, etc.)
  4. Set your default submission deadline

Once connected, your content will automatically import into Duzlo.

Step 4: Set your weekly limit and publish your channel

To activate your channel, you must go through the Publish Channel flow.

During this step, you will:

  • Set your Weekly Limit (your max weekly spend)
  • Set your CPM Limit (your max cost per 1,000 views)
  • Complete your initial credit purchase

You are required to fund 2× your weekly limit in credits when publishing.

For example:

  • Weekly limit: $1,500
  • Required credits: $3,000

Credits can only be manually purchased as part of publishing your channel or adjusting your weekly limit.

Step 5: Go live

Once you complete the publish flow:

  • Your channel becomes active
  • Your content becomes publicly available
  • Clippers can begin submitting posts and earning rewards

Your distribution engine is now live.

Step 6: Monitor performance

After your channel is active, monitor how your content performs.

From your dashboard, you can:

  • Track submissions and views
  • See how your budget is being distributed
  • Identify high-performing content
  • Monitor Opportunity Scores

This helps you understand what’s working and where to optimize.

Step 7: Optimize your channel

As your channel runs, you can improve performance by:

  • Adjusting your weekly limit to match demand
  • Using Boosts to prioritize specific content
  • Updating submission deadlines to guide attention
  • Refining your content source filters

Optimization is key to maximizing reach and efficiency.

Step 8: Manage billing and credits

Your channel runs on credits, which are used to pay clippers.

  • Monitor your credit balance
  • Automatic top-ups will keep your balance funded
  • Review transaction history and payments

If your balance becomes insufficient or a payment fails, your channel may be paused until resolved.

Tips for success

  • Import consistent, high-quality content
  • Ensure your budget supports your level of demand
  • Use Boosts to guide clippers toward priority content
  • Monitor Opportunity Scores to identify weak spots
  • Keep your channel active to maintain momentum

Key takeaways

  • Creators must publish their channel to begin distributing content
  • Budget settings and credit funding happen during the publish flow
  • Credits are not purchased separately outside of this process
  • Content sources automate content import
  • Performance data helps you continuously optimize

Once your channel is live, Duzlo handles the heavy lifting while you guide the strategy.
